**Job Overview**:
The Butler/Pantry Boy is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and guests in the sales lounge. This role involves maintaining the lounge’s cleanliness, managing pantry stock, and ensuring guests are well-served and comfortable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Service**:

- Greet and serve guests with beverages, snacks, and light refreshments.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- **Lounge Maintenance**:

- Keep the lounge and pantry clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Regularly check and replenish refreshments.
- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and order pantry supplies as needed.
- Maintain stock records.
**- Event Support**:

- Assist in setting up for meetings and events in the lounge.
**- Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to food handling and hygiene practices.
- Follow safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
