As the IT Infrastructure Clouds Head, your role will be to oversee and manage the organization's cloud infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, and efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud strategies, architectures, and policies that align with the company's overall IT objectives and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the organization's cloud infrastructure, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud services.
- Cloud Strategy and Architecture: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy that supports the company's IT roadmap. Define the cloud architecture and ensure its alignment with business requirements. Identify and evaluate new cloud technologies and solutions to drive innovation and improvement.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and best practices to protect cloud infrastructure and data from cyber threats. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and establish appropriate access controls.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement capacity planning and resource management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of cloud resources and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of cloud administrators and engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with cloud service providers, negotiating contracts and service-level agreements. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions regarding cloud vendors and services.
- Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Develop and implement incident response plans for cloud-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on business operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
