**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Financial Advisor to the Sandvik Coromant India business by an active communication with Sales Cluster Management
- Report on financial and cost matters on a regular basis as well as on request to the Sales Management
- Analyze the Business Performance of Sales Cluster India report monthly and suggest corrective actions
- Analyze the Financial Results of Sales Cluster and report monthly
- Prepare business comments on a regular basis, monthly and annually as well as on request by Management
- Make forecasting and target setting in the financial and business areas of Coromant
- Develop on a continuous basis the process of forecasting and target setting in close cooperation with the respective Business Management
- Monitor the operating KPI’s and report on deviations to management Group
- Monitor and benchmark the NWC and report to Management Group as and when required
- Monitor the capital expenditures and report as and when required to concerned
- Ensure efficient and reliable internal controls in related areas
- Monitor the SALES CLUSTER profitability development. Report on deviations from plan Suggest corrective actions
- Monitor and execute local business policies. Support Management group about different financial implications of different decision.
- Provide business data for financial audits related to Sales Cluster as and when required.
- Carrying out Local Cost Audit on yearly basis
- Carry out cost control on a regular basis as decided by related Management and issue monthly reports to Sales cluster manager

**Your Profile**:
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in finance, as well as a solid financial background and strong business acumen. You have at least Eight to Ten years’ experience from working in a progressive business or finance management setting and are skilled in leading the way and managing stakeholders in large, international organizations. As a master in your field, you have both the confidence and the ability to challenge, influence and guide decision making.

To succeed in this role, you also need:

- Experience from providing operational and financial advice to different organizational levels
- Knowledge and experience from financial systems
- Solid skills in Office 365, data warehouse solutions and understanding of ERP solutions
- Understanding of governance and compliance processes
- The ability to navigate in a matrix and cross-cultural environment
