**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
- Coordinate with various departments including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production activities.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and conduct periodic audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast raw material requirements based on production schedules and historical consumption patterns.
- Analyze production data, including cycle times, yield rates, and throughput, to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Utilize inventory management software systems to track inventory movements, generate reports, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies, including reorder points, safety stock levels, and economic order quantities.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory compliance teams to ensure that inventory management practices adhere to industry regulations and quality standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
