**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Individually managing the company’s e-commerce order shipping process via Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Should be an expert in shipment creation and order processing.
- Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to logistic follow-up.
- Strong communication skills (required for electronic, and telephonic follow-ups with logistics)
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, graphs)
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure all orders are fulfilled timely by tracking them on a daily basis.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Good command of MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
