Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the reception area, workspaces, and common areas.
2. Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies such as stationery, coffee/tea, and cleaning materials. Place orders as needed.
3. Courier Management: Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages, distribute incoming mail, and send packages to the courier as required.
4. Assistance: Assist with photocopying, printing, and binding documents as requested by team members.
5. Errands: Run errands outside the office, such as bank deposits, picking up lunch, and purchasing office supplies.
6. Assist with Basic Administrative Tasks: Support the team with basic administrative tasks like filing documents and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role is a plus.
3.Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.).
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
6. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
**Additional Information**:
1. This is a full-time position.
2. Office hours may vary and may require occasional overtime.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
