Header man typically refers to a person responsible for operating header machines, which are used in the cold forming process to shape metal wire into various types of Electrical Contacts (Bi-metal, Electrical Contacts, Copper & Silver Rivets)

**Machine Operation**: The primary responsibility of a header man is to operate header machines effectively and efficiently.

**Quality Control**: Ensuring that the nuts and bolts produced meet the specified quality standards and tolerances.

**Machine Maintenance**: Performing routine maintenance tasks on header machines to keep them in optimal working condition.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

**Production Planning and Scheduling**: Collaborating with production supervisors and managers to plan and schedule production runs based on customer orders and production targets.

**Teamwork and Communication**: Working closely with other members of the production team, including machine operators, quality inspectors, and maintenance personnel, to coordinate workflow and address production challenges effectively.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in the header machine operation.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Keeping accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, quality inspections, and any maintenance or repair work performed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
