**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Help with the cutting, chopping, and preparation of ingredients for Chinese cuisine.
- Follow recipes and kitchen guidelines to prepare a variety of Chinese dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Support the head chef with the plating and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure kitchen safety, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that ingredients are stocked and available.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely food service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a **Commi 1** or similar role in a Chinese kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality cooking.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary certification or diploma is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
