**Primary and Must-have skills (non-negotiable requirement)**
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop and tools for video editing/motion graphics such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects [Any other software that generates similar output is acceptable. E.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc. for Design and Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Animate, etc]
- Eye for detail for accurate grammar/spelling (excellent verbal and written communication skills) and creativity, ability to convey ideas in engaging, informative, and aligned with brand voice
- Ideate and create the content in the form of visual content and audio-visual outputs while adhering to the existing design system in place and working towards improving and adding to it
- Knowledge and Understanding of current and emerging trends in the design industry
- Portfolio of work focusing on Graphic Design and Video Creation
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with various departments beyond marketing, ensuring consistent brand representation across all organizational touchpoints

- Use of AI to Ideate, Create, and Publish Creatives and Videos
- Proficiency in multiple Indian languages

- Understand the requirements and design briefs and deliver high-quality graphics and videos
- Create blog headers and blog images
- Work with content creator and content writer to plan and deliver the weekly tasks
- Come up with creative ways to communicate the ideas/thought shared by content writers and creators
- High-quality, attention-grabbing, and as per current design standard images that grab the users’ attention and improve the brand’s credibility
- Visually compelling infographics that present valuable information about the company in a compelling way
- Quote graphics that reflect the vision and message of the brand, enabling followers to relate and build a relationship with the business
- Motion Graphics based videos to capture and appeal to the masses
- Instructional and Support based videos to help users understand various processes
- As an **Associate Designer** at iDream Education, you will work closely with the marketing team to create collateral that drives brand awareness, brand & business value, and communicates our value proposition to various target segments ensuring highly effective expression of our brand
- The person in this role will work with our team to enhance, scale, and further develop our content for products. Possess energies and capabilities to experience tremendous growth in learning, deep dive development, take end-to-end responsibility of the role, and join hands to scale our solutions together with our team

**Role and responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team to create high-engagement posts in both static and video formats
- Populate, update, and maintain the brand gallery that has various assets, guidance, notes, and resources necessary for a consistent and highly effective brand expression basis our communication values and guidelines
- Ensure consistency in brand attributes in all assets created so that targeted brand association takes place for every asset using colors, design language, elements, and iconography
- Ensure that all collaterals and assets created are high impact, neat, visual first, state-of-the-art, and bring brand value and positioning
- Bring in the latest trends and developments in design including AI and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance our design and assets
