**Job description for SAP HCM (Lead Position)**

**HCM**: Location Bangalore/Mysore
- 8+ years of experience

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong HCM Payroll knowledge with ability to drive business process discussions & solutions.
- Strong SAP Payroll configuration experience, should be able to work on RICEF.
- Strong integration knowledge with other modules like FI and other sub module of HCM.
- Engages and communicates with key user groups through forums and other means to discuss future sub-domain/ module issues.
- Proactively contributes to all associated project work streams ensuring appropriate knowledge and information is exchanged to drive successful project outcomes.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
