**Responsibilities**:

- Manage vendor payments, staff reimbursements and donation data on a regular basis
- Ensure that supporting documentation for all payments is in order and the same is maintained in an orderly manner for future audits and review
- Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Register as and when the transactions occurred.
- Support in compiling data/ documentation for internal, statutory and donor audits.
- Assist in ensuring timely compliance of TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, GST, etc.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are carried out on a monthly basis.
- Visiting the banks as and when required.
- Reviewing monthly Trial balances.
- Support in the finalization of accounts.
- Form16A downloading & ensue distribution to respective departments.
- Work with the team to ensure efficient functioning of the Finance department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
- Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in finance & accounting. Experience in a non-profit organization will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Income tax, PF, PT and other compliances related to non-government organizations
- Familiarity with accounting software like NetSuite and good knowledge of excel and MS office software
- Good communication skills and self-motivation and ability to work well with a team are a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹444,000.00 - ₹492,000.00 per year
