**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction, residential building systems (RBS), or other related projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
- Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- **Budgeting and Financial Analysis**:

- Develop cost forecasts and project budgets, ensuring they align with financial goals.
- Monitor project costs to identify potential overruns and suggest corrective measures.
- Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to track budget adherence.
- **Bid Preparation and Tendering**:

- Assist in preparing bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and justifications.
- Evaluate and negotiate bids with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Identify potential cost risks and work with project teams to mitigate these risks.
- Provide alternative cost-efficient solutions where necessary.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update cost databases, project cost reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Prepare reports summarizing project progress, cost implications, and budgetary status.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation within civil engineering, RBS, or related project sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of estimation techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in estimation software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, estimation software).
- Familiarity with project management practices.
- Good knowledge of material, labor, and equipment cost trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Competencies**:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in large-scale civil or residential projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
