**Job Summary**:
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to customers mails and give after-sales support when requested.
- Sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Coordinating by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical with exceptional numerical skills.
- Data analysis and trending skills - analysing Excel style data sets to identify trends.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (create written/edit documents and run spread sheets).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
