Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers.

Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development. SAP BASIS Consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility, availability and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.

- SAP BASIS NetWeaver Administration
- SAP HANA DB Administration
- Oracle and MaxDB administration.
- SAP Client Management
- SAP Performance Management
- SAP Archiving solutions
- SAP Transport Management
- SAP Job Scheduling management
- SAP Capacity Management
- SAP Patching Solutions and its Management
- SAP Support Management
- SAP Migration to S/4 HANA
- SAP Incident and Problem Management
- SAP RCA Management
- SAP Project management

Preferable to have additional skills on
- SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP PI/SAP PO) Administration
- SAP Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence / BOBJ/ BODS
- Enterprise Portal Administration
- SAP CRM / SAP HYBRIS
- SAP MII Administration
- SAP J2EE 7.0 (or higher) administration
- SAP Solution Manager operations and Managed system configurations
- TREX Administration
- SAP Fiori Administration
- Any coding language or automation experience Power shell/Bash/Python/Ansible, etc
- Knowledge on ITIL framework and methodology

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication, training and organizational skills required as well as the ability to work effectively in a team
- Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and customer teams.
- Meet established priorities and schedules
- Should possess Fluent English and excellent communication / presentation skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation of service delivery
- DevOps & Agile methodology experience, working with small agile teams with strong ownership and drive
