Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Engagement Execution: Ensure high-quality delivery as per client requirements, including the preparation of various GST returns, ensuring timely payment of statutory taxes, and reconciliation of GST payable and paid.
- Review and Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reviews of working papers and client folders. Perform reconciliation of returns with the books of accounts and GSTR 2A, ensuring timely completion of all GST-related compliances.
- Advisory Services: Provide expert advice related to indirect taxes, including GST and customs, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios.
- GST Refunds and Litigation: Handle the preparation and filing of GST refunds, follow up and liaison with the tax department. Prepare for pre-GST assessments and handle ongoing litigations.
- Annual Returns and Compliance: Manage the preparation and filing of GST Annual Return and Reconciliation Statement. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
- Response to Authorities: Prepare and submit responses to various authorities related to indirect taxes, demonstrating expertise and understanding of the field.

Skills Required
- Should have a strong background in the field of Indirect taxes.
- Specific experience in GST compliance, advisory, and litigation.
