**Roles and Responsibility
**Job Description**:

**Job Description**:

- Well versed in process measures with reference to Customs ACT 1962 & Tariff Act 1975 Should have updates on Customs Notifications, Customs Policy and Circulars.
- Ensure scope of work with our IT & ITES related product import and Inter unit transfers SEZ, STPI & DTA In-depth process measures definition to command with sound knowledge under Gov/Customs/DGFT
- Customs Documentation: Should be well versed in Ice gate (e-com portal of Central Board of Excise and Customs & NDSL) flow level of customs process measures. Rep capable to handle Customs clearance self to measures TAT w.r.t day today activities and clearance plan.
- Handling exposure of STPI, SEZ Approvals & Customs Liaison undertakings, freight management.
- Import - Export shipment handling, component sales customs shipment process, courier shipment handling,
- Support the import/export compliance activities (e.g. Import Records, Record-keeping, MIS etc.).
- Manage the day-to-day MIS review with tracker records/like Ariba/SAP/People soft
- Communicate with internal partners to ensure proper shipping documentation is made available to Customs clearance in a timely manner to minimize shipment delays.
- Work closely with Int?l stake holders to ensure shipments are prepared in a timely manner, to minimize the risk of shipment delays.
- Assist with periodic reviews and audits of Customs activities import and export filings. Perform all other related duties as assigned
- Good knowledge & Experience on PPT & Excel.
- Sound knowledge & Experience on Logistics inbound and Outbound freight.
- Good analytical skills on freight management, Cost saving measures on preferred mode of delivery.
