Opration Executive

**Operational Leadership**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to various hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of all hotel functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a focus on guest services and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
