Sales Support Officer

Job Context

Provide support to the UK sales force across a range of activities, including contact with customers, agents, business

partners and external agencies, ensuring that each receives first class service in this highly competitive market. Duties

range from cold calling existing customers to providing agent training, with each representing an important part of the

overall service delivery

Reporting to

Business Development Manager

**Job Description**:
Provide Training to Agent regarding PDQ, Bag.

Update agent regarding their Balance and Bag.

Guide regarding Choice FX’s App.

Resolve all agents’ enquiries.

Support RMs recruiting new agents.

Meet individual agent recruitment target.

Monitor agents balance non-cash performance (cards and online business) & limit.

Daily agent sales performance follow-up.

Support Agents with their AML training

Monitor daily sales targets and work with RMs to achieve them.

Lead creation from FCA Register and ensuring proper calls and follow up to make a successful sale.

Meet assigned targets for channel wise (Cash, Card & Bank) growth

Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills and Qualities

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Previous customer service experience desirable

Clear communicator with excellent telephone manner

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Friendly, helpful and polite

Problem solver, able to stay calm and come up with appropriate solutions.

Proactive and flexible approach to varied duties

**Salary**: BDT 18,000-20,000

Job Location: Dhaka (Badda)

Workplace: Work at Office

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday.

Job timing: 2pm to 11pm
