Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular emphasis on knee injuries and related issues.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility of the knee joint.
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote self-management and optimize recovery.
- Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy techniques, to alleviate pain, restore function, and improve overall well-being.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct video consultations with patients, providing remote assessment, guidance, and support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, advancements, and trends in physiotherapy, particularly as they relate to knee rehabilitation and telehealth practices.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Specialization or significant experience in knee rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
- Proficiency in conducting video consultations and utilizing telehealth technology platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Preferred only female location.
