**Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
