- **Responsible to the planning organisation and development of nursing services in the hospital in consultation with medical superintendent.**:
- **Liaising with doctors and administrators and communicating any protocol changes to staff.**:
- **To maintain all requisite registers, maintain patient files and send to medical records.**:
- **Knowledge of critical care, care midwifery, casualty, cath lab, OT, ICU, emergency.**:
- **Collaborates with support department to ensure supplies, equipment, and service is available for patients care.**:
- **Ensure the department of audit ready and follows the protocols of NABH, JCI.**:
- **Managing the nursing team.**:
- **Schedule shifts for the nurse and assign duties to them.**
Education: Msc, Bsc Nursing
Experience: 10 to 15 years
**Salary**: 50K to 60K
Location: Palakkad
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
