- PP product weighbridge operation:
For effective management of all incoming vehicle weighment function, DO preparation for PP product through complying all the systems, procedures and statutory requirements

Coordinate with all concerned department to comply requirement of weighment

Taking care of proper housekeeping and calibration for Weigh Bridge.

All statutory document to be maintained properly

Prevent and restrict all unauthorized operation of weighbridge
- Documentation & reportingPreparation of daily report for weighment and notify to supervisor in case of any discrepancy

Maintain properly all calibration and statutory document as per document retention policy

Prepare monthly MIS report for complete weighbridge operation

Maintain back up data for weighbridge software
- System, Polices ,Procedures: Control & automationStrengthen system control

Explore automation possibility of Manual process.
- HSEF & HousekeepingPerforming HSEQ & 5S activity

Control the HSEF deviation to zero level during the weighment function

Maintain good housekeeping in weighbridge area

Providing Regular d safety instruction to all field

supervisor and workmen
- Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction index Co-ordination with various internal departments, external transporters, vendors, etc.- Audit and compliancesPerforming processes that define authorities and accountabilities for all PP product weighbridge function and then ensure compliance to them through regular inspections, audits.

Continuously monitor and upgrade SOP’s related

Plan for time bound implementation of Audit recommendations

Maintain all RIMS ; legal and statutory,

IR & HR compliances
- Team work and People Management- To performing PP product weighbridge function and be able to develop and mentor team members, Skill upgradation, motivate of agency & contractual staff.**OHSMS
**HSEF - Care & Welfare**:To achieve a safe and healthy work place.

**Authority**:To stop any unsafe job
- Ensure Safety Training for all Staff- Review of Safety Audit observations and firm up the course of actions for rectification- Based on recommendations of the Safety audit reports, incident reports & root cause analysis, assistance to Initiate plant change modifications to improve safety in operations. Monitor compliance with the controls.- Ensure PPE compliance by agency & contractual working staff- Encourage PP product weighbridge operation team to report near miss & unsafe condition activity.- Ensure that all legal obligations are fulfilled within due time limits.**ENVIRONMENT**
