**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Prepare and implement lesson plans based on the curriculum prescribed by the educational board (CBSE, ICSE, etc.).
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students, including lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Ensure students understand complex accounting concepts and principles.
- **Curriculum Development and Planning**:

- Review and update course materials regularly to align with current trends and educational standards.
- Develop worksheets, assignments, and practice exams to reinforce learning.
- Set and grade assignments, projects, and examinations, ensuring accurate and timely evaluation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Guide students on how to improve their skills and knowledge in Accountancy.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a disciplined, respectful, and focused learning environment.
- Handle student queries and provide extra help to struggling students after class or during office hours.
- **Mentoring and Counseling**:

- Act as a mentor to students, providing career guidance, especially for those interested in pursuing further education in commerce or accountancy.
- Organize and conduct extracurricular activities related to accountancy, such as workshops or guest lectures.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain student records, including attendance, performance, and personal information, in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff in school meetings and curriculum development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on changes in educational regulations and accounting standards.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Maintain communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, academic needs, and behavioral development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
