Job Title: Mathematics Faculty for JEE Preparation

Location: Potencia Academy, Moga

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching**:

- Conducting mathematics classes for students in classes 9th to +2 with a focus on JEE preparation.
- Providing a comprehensive understanding of JEE Mathematics syllabus.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Designing and implementing effective lesson plans aligned with JEE requirements.
- Developing additional study materials, practice sets, and assignments.

3. **Assessment**:

- Conducting regular assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance.

4. **Mentoring**:

- Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and personal development.
- Motivating and inspiring students to excel in mathematics and JEE exams.

5. **Stay Updated**:

- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in JEE syllabus and examination patterns.
- Incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and strategies.

6. **Parent Communication**:

- Communicating effectively with parents to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with other faculty members to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching JEE Mathematics is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the JEE syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
