Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments for graphics and video projects.
- Use industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to design and edit graphics and videos.
- Edit raw footage and optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for graphics and video content that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and video production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards for all graphics and video content.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather feedback, address revisions, and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, film production, multimedia arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphics designer, video editor, or multimedia creator, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including graphics, animations, and videos.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
