**Job Summary**:
As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a vital role in delivering expert tax filing, wealth management, and compliance services to our clients. You will assist in managing cross-border tax filings, optimize dual-country income tax strategies, and provide insights on wealth management products, including Gift City offerings. Additionally, you will assist in estate planning and FEMA compliance for fund transfers to and from India.

**Key Responsibilities**:Tax Services**:

- **Tax Filing**: Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns in India and assisting with US/Canada/UK tax filings and reporting for dual-country residents.
- **Tax Planning**: Developing strategies for dual-country income to minimize tax liabilities and maximize compliance across jurisdictions.
- **TDS and Tax Residency**: Assisting clients in obtaining Lower Value TDS Certificates and securing Tax Residency Certificates.

**Wealth Management**:

- Providing advice on Indian wealth management strategies and assisting clients with investment opportunities in Gift City India.
- Supporting clients in managing their cross-border assets and helping them understand their investment options within India.

**Legal and Compliance**:

- **Estate Planning**: Assisting with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, power of attorney, and handling legal documentation for asset transfers.
- **FEMA Consultancy**: Offering consultancy services related to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) for fund transfers to India and repatriation of assets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Internship or articles experience in tax consulting, wealth management, or legal compliance.
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Interest or experience in cross-border tax planning and wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, with an understanding of cross-border tax filings (US/Canada/UK) - DTAA
- Familiarity with tax planning for dual-country income and knowledge of FEMA regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management tools, including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax, legal,
- Familiarity with Gift City India products or FEMA regulations will be an added advantage.and financial concepts to clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
