**ob Title: Electrical and AC Technician**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment according to established codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify faults and ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including issues with wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central air conditioning units, split systems, and window units.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve electrical and AC issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation and repair projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to prevent accidents and hazards in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical or HVAC systems preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical and AC Technician, with a minimum of [insert number] years in the field.
- Valid electrical license or certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional certifications in specialized areas of electrical or HVAC work.
- Experience working with energy-efficient and environmentally friendly HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
