**Job description** **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Performing insurance administrative tasks in different levels of complexity, following Standard Operating Procedure documents
- Reaching daily goals as assigned
- Obtaining and processing information properly and in a timely manner
- Analyzing, interpreting, and processing information relevant to potential risk
- Inputting relevant data and issuing insurance-related documentation
- Assist in training new team members
- 2 years of experience in customer service or back office from BPO field
- Graduate
- Excellent communication Skills in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Working knowledge in the use of current Windows Operating System, Office Package, and Google Drive Apps
- Good team-working skills with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous task approach
- Monitoring skills
- Prepared to learn firsthand skills, new innovations, and modern technologies
