- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform routine diagnostic tests.

- **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility, such as transferring from beds to wheelchairs.
- Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of patient rooms and common areas.
- Report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to nursing staff.
- **Nurse Manager / Nurse Supervisor**:

- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Schedule nursing staff and assign patient care duties.
- Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Manage nursing budgets and resources.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and administrators.
