Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage existing corporate relationships to source and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new corporate clients to expand the company's MICE portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
