Company Bus Driver

We are looking for a reliable Company Bus Drivers to join our team. As Company Bus Drivers, they will be responsible for transporting employees to and from factory, following a scheduled route and ensuring the safety of all passengers.
Your duties will include conducting pre-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition, observing safety and traffic rules during the journey, and maintaining order and discipline among employees on the bus.
Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with employees, their family members & company staff, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Overall, your role as a Company Bus Driver is crucial in providing safe and reliable transportation for employees.

**Responsibilities**
Transport employees and other passengers to and from factory
Obey all traffic laws to ensure employees arrive to their destination safely
Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times
Ensure the safety of all employees when entering and leaving the bus
Assist employees with getting on and off the bus as needed
Engage with employees as they enter and leave the bus

**Requirements and skills**
Proven work experience as a Company Bus Driver or similar role
Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within the last five years
Two or more years of experience working with employees preferred
Ability to carry out assigned route on time
Must have a Commercial Driver’s License

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
