**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the agency's digital marketing and advertising services.
- Explain service offerings clearly, addressing client needs and questions.
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships through consistent communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
**Required Skills**:
- Knowledge of sales techniques, cold calling, pitching, and closing
- Strong Communication Skills**:Fluent in English**, with the ability to clearly articulate service offerings.
- Strong Convincing Skills: Persuade potential clients to explore digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- Ability to handle rejections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of **Digital Marketing **and **Software consulting **services is a plus.
- CRM Management: Familiarity with using customer relationship management software to track calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to track leads and manage follow-ups efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, Pursuing graduation may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising sector.
- **Freshers with strong communication skills **and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
