**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media content, print collateral, presentations, and website elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute original designs while also adapting existing assets for different platforms and mediums.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate design work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Ability to take responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
