**osition: Accounts Receivable Executive**

**Function/Department**:Finance

**Objective**:
To hire a highly skilled and results-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our organization's accounts receivable processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle exceptions & errors during customer collection period and collaborate with other finance and business stakeholders for resolution.
- Analyse and resolve any customer collection related queries raised by the business teams.
- Gather and update information from various departments across the business units to process day-to-day customer collection, query management, refunds, settlements, reconciliations, approval, and accounting.
- Generate planned and ad-hoc reports on customer collection (summary, refund status, key reconciliations, etc) as per the instructions from the Head.
- Maintain and update customer collections and reconciliation-related information in the system.
- Provide support to accounts receivable head in handling customer collection related audit queries.
- Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the Accounts receivable process and related tasks
- Provide customer information required for credit Insurance.
- Liaise with third party collections to recover sticky debts.
- Liaise with sales contractors to collect back products where payments are not forthcoming.
- Assist the Credit/Senior Manager sales Operations in providing age and payment status for the order approval process.

**Experience and Skills required**:

- 2-5 years’ experience in accounts receivable process
- Functional Skills
- Knowledge of customer management policies, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Behavioural Skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, presentation)

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
