**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement process:
Support procurement officers in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.

Assist in the preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitations to tender (ITTs).

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Purchase order management:
Assist in creating and processing purchase orders in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all procurement transactions.

Monitor the status of orders and liaise with suppliers to track delivery schedules.
- Vendor relationship management:
Maintain updated vendor databases, including contact information and performance evaluations.

Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

Address any issues or concerns raised by vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory control:
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stock records.

Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt and distribution of procured items.
- Compliance and documentation:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits and reviews.

Support procurement officers in maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
- Administrative support:
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other procurement-related documentation as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software or systems.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of prior relevant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
