**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Updating Data in ERP and Trackers**:
- Maintain and update sales-related data in the ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entries and updates.
- **Quotation Making and Sharing**:
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Share quotations with customers promptly and follow up as needed.
- **Follow-Up on Inquiries**:
- Track and follow up on sales inquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain communication logs and update the sales team on inquiry statuses.
- **Data Entry**:
- Enter and manage sales data in various systems and trackers.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- **Creating Dashboards for Analysis**:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance analysis.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
- **Support Sales Team in Documentation**:
- Assist in preparing and managing sales-related documents.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and data management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for creating dashboards and reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with sales processes and documentation requirements.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Experience with quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
- Knowledge of the industrial manufacturing sector, particularly conveyor chains and material handling equipment, is a plus.

- Ability to create and analyze sales performance dashboards.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
