**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Assist in organizing company meetings as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook / Gmail).
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Must be married.
- Positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
