**Here is a sneak-peek at your role**:

- Provide welcome calls to advisors who are successfully onboarded in the system.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to resolve advisor queries / concerns.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed.
- Continuous engagement with advisors to ensure advisors are updated with the latest commission structure, product information and any other information which is relevant to the advisor network.
- Provide prompt and courteous advisor support and ensure advisor issues are addressed as per the defined TAT.
- To maintain proper tracker and reports and share it with relevant stakeholders as and when needed.

**We need someone with**:

- A Graduation degree from a premier institute.
- 2-5 years of experience in advisor support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Command over English and respective regional languages.
- Self-motivated and well-organized.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Proficient in Hindi & English.
- Someone who is proficient in any one of the regional language**:Marathi**, **Kannada**, **Gujarati**, **Tamil, Telugu.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
