Storekeeper

We are searching for a talented and experienced **Storekeeper** to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll be the key player ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing our inventory, keeping things organized, and ensuring our chefs have everything they need.
- Keep our kitchen running smoothly.
- Manage inventory, receive deliveries & maintain records.
- Order supplies & prevent stockouts.
- Organize & maintain the storeroom for efficiency.
- Minimize waste & control costs through smart ordering.
- Collaborate with chefs & kitchen staff.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong inventory management skills with experience in a point-of-sale system.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
