We are a dynamic and professional Software Development company in search of a talented Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune, India. This is a remote position with a focus on Pune and nearby locations.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with experience in the education and technology sectors. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to contribute to revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, shows, and conferences to expand the professional network.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to improve marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective client negotiation, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local market in Pune and surrounding areas is advantageous, and prior experience in the Education or Information Technology sectors is desirable.
- Fluent English is preferred, and the ability to commute to Pune Cantonment, Pune, Maharashtra is required, with relocation before starting work also being a requirement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,999.00 per month
