Furniture Salesman

**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to make personalized furniture recommendations.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features and benefits.
- **Sales Performance**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Expertise**:

- Maintain thorough knowledge of our furniture products, including materials, construction, and care instructions.
- Stay informed about the latest furniture trends and industry developments.
- **Showroom Management**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange and display furniture to highlight key features and inspire customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report to management for reorders.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and guidance on product care and maintenance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Professional, friendly, and approachable.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or interior design are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
