Dispatch Executive

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our team at TMT Polymer India Ltd. As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our products or services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels and coordinate restocking.
- **Packaging and Labeling**: Secure and correctly label products for shipment.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Coordinate timely product deliveries and assured product reaches in good condition.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide excellent customer service and updates on order status.
- **Problem Resolution**: Efficiently address order, shipping, or delivery issues.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- **Route Planning**: Arrange vehicles negotiate transportation & route plan in a well organized manner

Pay: ₹14,913.85 - ₹19,822.68 per month
