Naturalist

Educates guests about the Western Ghats geology, geography,

natural history, ecology, culture, and all aspects of natural life.
- Ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a

friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging

every guest, maintaining solid resort knowledge and all other aspects

of guest service.
- Becomes knowledgeable about The Machan’s mission, goals,

objectives, Company structure and programs to aid in answering guest

questions, direct sales and promote activism.
- Continually improves presentations by researching and implementing
- Maintains an awareness of all internal promotions and

advertisements.
- Interacts with guests and initiates “teachable moments”
- Must posses and demonstrate enthusiasm for nature, conservation

and education.
- Addresses guests questions and comments.
- Ensures guest safety through constant situational awareness.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
