Area Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory, including appointment of distributors and opening of new retail outlets for company products.
- Daily market coverage of outlets in defined beat, sales, placement, range selling and merchandizing of all products.
- Capable of defining and optimizing beat plans in assigned territory.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters
- Sales planning, execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets set.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, pricing, schemes, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
**Skills Required**:
- Bachelors/Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
