**Job Title**: Dispatch and Stores Supervisor

**Location**: Sehatganj, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh

**Reports To**: Logistics Manager/Operations Manager

**Job Summary**: The Dispatch and Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and in the most cost-effective manner. The Supervisor will manage the warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and the coordination of logistics activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse and dispatch staff.
- Ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse and dispatch operations and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree. However, a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch and warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software, Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

**Salary**: Monthly salary range between Rs 18,000/- and Rs 35,000/
