Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent customer service and communication. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and interactions.
2. Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
5. Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
6. Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients, showcasing the value of our products or services.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
9. Resolve client issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive client experience.
10. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
9. Knowledge of the industry or market relevant to the company's products or services is a plus.
10. A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving goals.
- Must have excellent knowledge in digital marketing and software industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
