**Roles and Responsibilities**

The primary responsibility of the incumbent would be to ensure credit appraisals are adequately approved, relevant documents for various facilities are prepared, disbursement notice is prepared and covenants as specified in the appraisals are tracked. The role would also involve interaction with CAD back office to ensure disbursement process is smooth.

Checking if all credit appraisals are adequately approved and confirm to internal as well as RBI

guidelines.

Prepare legal documents. Should be aware of various clauses in legal documents
- Co-ordinate with credit back office
- Ensure covenant tracking
- Should have adequate knowledge of corporate banking products and associated documentation
- Must be conversant in Microsoft office products (especially Excel)
