2. Contribution towards projects implementation: Contribution towards solution / technology designing. Work with Project Manager on resource utilisation plan without compromising project deliverables and support SLAs Identify and attach resources to projects as well as support demands Plan and execute knowledge transfer from projects to support teams Ensure service readiness (for support), implementation and UAT for new projects and Regression Testing Support change management during implementation of new projects, if required.

Bachelor Of Tech-Honours

8-10 Years
