Our small but growing company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Must have knowledge of Tally.
- Organise Stocks and keeps a complete accounts
- Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Type memoranda, letters, narrative reports and other items in final format
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
