**Position**:Architecture**

**- Experience**: Minimum 10 to 12 Yrs

**- Location**: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the achievement of Business Plan objectives and targets
- Provide full Architect’s services as described in the RIBA Plan of Work and the “Standard Form ofAgreement for the Appointment of an Architect”.
- Liaise with and advise on a wide range of clients, and external and in-house consultants.
- Provide and maintain high standards of design, specification, construction, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with clients’ Standing Orders, Codes of Practice, and Acts of Parliament.
- Assist the Team Leader in the management of design projects from briefing to completion.
- Prepare and check drawings and specifications for schemes for technical accuracy and compliance withappropriate current standards.
- Allocate work to a project team and take day-to-day responsibility for the direction of the team asnominated by the Team Leader.
- Plan and monitor the time and costs associated with projects as allocated and take managementaction to ensure that the agreed rate of return is achieved.
- Assist the Team Leader in the assessment of team resource capacity, and to allocate and monitor workundertaken by members of the team.
- Ensure/contribute/lead on the delivery of quality-assured, client-focused products and services to meetagreed client requirements.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of all GCEPL policies.
- Contribute to the operation and development of the Business Management System to ensure thecontinuous improvement of quality-assured services/products for clients.
- Promote Sustainable Design within the team, and within projects wherever opportunities are available.

**Functional Skill Set Required**:

- Sound knowledge of software required for designing (AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop etc.)
- Interpretation of analysis results for possible solutions.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Capable of guiding others on the use of foreign codes.
- Should be able to form a core team for executing time-bound projects.
- Fix up priorities as per site feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
